I'm not a huge fan of the whole shakes/juicing craze. You overeat your portions of fruits and veggies because you pulverize all the air out of them. That and when you already break the pieces down into even finer particles the body digests them quicker than they do in their natural form, leading you to be hungrier quicker.

You're not a fan of the baby food craze? Lol.
In OP's case, I doubt it'll make her hungry quicker cause she said she doesn't eat breakfast usually.

For breakfast, she'd be better off with a sustaining Clif bar and a banana.
In my experience, smoothies and juiced stuff just kick started my metabolism and with nothing real sustaining in them, I was ready for lunch by 9 or 10 AM. If I just skipped breakfast I would make it to lunchtime. I ended up overeating because of it.
