Whole eggs for me. When you get rid of the yolk you're getting rid of all the best parts of the egg nutritionally. In fact, a whole egg is one of the healthiest things you can eat. Great tool in helping with weight loss also.
BTW - I eat four whole eggs DAILY, and my cholesterol on a recent blood panel was 173 (under 200 is good). A lot of studies have indicated that trans fats and refined sugars are the real cholesterol culprits.

I've pretty much always been a whole egg girl.
On a serious note though....If you can find fresh laid eggs.....ohmygawd. Freaking great....better flavor and you know they haven't been refrigerated for 3 months before they go home with you. They're worth the extra cost if you don't have a friend who has chickens

Whole eggs for me. I've had fresh eggs from local chickens and huge difference in color and flavor.

Depends on my mood. Depends on how the egg is cooked. I hate the texture of the yolk in a hard boiled egg. But as a scrambled egg or pan cooked egg I do not mind it. If I'm not super hungry or wanting to workout shortly after I will just make a microwave egg with just the whites. The yolk gives me the burps and it's gross while running.

Whole eggs. I've just had a couple of duck eggs on toast. Lavly. I saw 'em in Tesco's and thought I'd give 'em a try.
