We have 2 cats one a big yellow shorthair the other a regular size yellow longhair.The longhaired cat always wants to play but the other one would rather be left alone.When they do play the bigger cat always pulls out the longhaired ones fur.We tell him to stop but u can't really tell a cat to do anything.I don't know why he does this.

i dont know as much about cats as i do dogs,but it is probably a dominance thing.
just stay calm,and leave them alone...
its what cats do!
if they were actually trying to hurt each other,it would be a lot worse than that.

they know their place!
if the other one DID try to fight back/disagree with the other one,THEN it would only get serious enough for them to figure out who was in charge,and then they would stop.
its a dominance thing...
he doesnt want to hurt the other one,he just wants it to submit.

Have a maine coon that that beat up my dads cat when I had to bring it here and after it wouldn`t let it use the litter box now it won`t use it. Female and not old but really getting pissed any ideas to make it use the box?

Did you try getting your cat a new litterbox and placing it in a different location? If there are issues between the cats, she won't use the box because she can still smell where the other cat used it.

Yea extra large mopped the floor it used it for a while main coon they are different. Need to try letting it out on a leash. It wants to be boss but they don`t like to be held.
