My old aussie dog is getting senile in her old age. I have had her since she was 8 weeks old and she is now 13 years old. Every year she seems to become more and more frightened of fireworks and thunder.
I was in a hurry this morning and didnt think about locking the doggy door pending a thunder storm. Less then an hour after I left the house, I got a call from a complete stranger saying that they had seen my old lady narrowly escape being hit by a car. They had stopped and picked her up, dripping wet and took her home. Allowing her inside with their own little dogs, while waiting for me to come retreive her.

This act of kindness saved me a ticket from animal control, as well as likely my old ladie's life.

Yes there's a lot pf good hearted people in this world. Why can't everyone be as good as that stranger? We rescue ans now are aldo fosrering a puppy for people we know who rin a rescue group. Pur own puppy loves having another puppy around.
