I want to get a Xbox one....
My 360 went out..(red rings of death)
So now I'm stuck playing original xbox.
It's ok I guess...but you can tell a difference in the graphics compared to what I've seen on the xbox ones..
..
Ghost recon....shooter games mostly...
I also like dead rising...
assassins creed...
I don't know why....I can't get into sports games that much...

where do you buy your games? look there. there are places here where gamers meet. I didn't see anything like that when I was living in NC.
go to places where you get your games controllers etc and places near by there.

The best place to meet the more social dorks might be to go to places where the social ones look forward to going.

When someone manages to drag me to an event like that, though, it usually is a great place to meet new people.
I've definitely NEVER met someone from a computer game in person, though.

There's that.
And, I imagine most of the gals who play those games are at least as shy.
I have a hard time believing that all the guys involved are taken or gay.
That they aren't talking to you, I can easily believe (both because of the shy thing, and probably because most of these guys are at gaming events to focus on the games, or at shops to focus on shopping, or whatever). And I can equally imagine that you aren't talking to them, for the same reason.
That some are talking to you but you don't want anything to do with them, I can also believe, having ended up in the "Level 100 Dark Elf Wizard Vampire Ninja" conversation more than once in spite of my best efforts not to talk to anyone.
