What we want you to do is pay for your own shit and open your own doors. Chivalry died out 50 years ago. Men don't have to kiss a** to get laid anymore....thanks to feminism, sex is always just around the corner.

My Granny and my Mom raised me to respect and help anyone and everyone. I hold the door for people, say "please" and "thank you" even if it's not necessary, and offer to assist carrying stuff, unless I know she is self-sufficient and can handle it.

It stems in part from Women's Lib. Great movement and all, but so many men took it as "don't help them any more" and dropped all of the chivalrous notions. Stupid pigs.

Being a Gentleman is ingrained in some of us. We are few, but we do exist.
