I'm one of the few women that doesn't like getting cut flowers. Sure they're pretty but, they wither and die in a short time. I'd rather have something more personal that he took the time to choose for me. Anyone can order flowers... it takes no time or thought.

my daughter is the same way, thinks it'a total waste of money too..I honestly don't know where she gets it.
I have never rec'd flowers and would be tickled to death to receive them from a lover....but must admit for a first meet I feel it is a bit much. I would be gracious but feel awkward.
