It's a 3 way tie between 1, 3 &4.
Now that I think about it a little more, I'll go with 4, time. It doesn't matter how great a personality she has or how good looking she is if she doesn't have time to spend with me.

Definitely personality. Looks are truly only skin deep but personality, and more importantly morals that drive that personality, go to the core.
I've been poor as dirt and been happy as a clam and had money to burn and been miserable as hell. Money truly doesn't buy happiness.
Time is what it is. We're all here for whatever amount we're given so make the most of it.

If I had to choose it would be time, I want someone who will spend time with me. That is something I lacked in my marriage. Personality would come next, then I think good looks (and honestly if someone has a great personality and you are attracted to that then they start looking better to you) at least that is my experience, and then money. Money isn't everything but when you aren't stressing about it, it makes things easier. Just my 2 cents

I would say it is the personality in a person that is most important for me, I been alone for a long time. I have thought about the subject and most of all that I came up with is that it is nice to have a person around good looks is a plus, but being able to trust and talk and just someone you don't have to stress about.
I believe one of the worst things could be is money it seams that money is stressful if two people would work and with both paychecks they should be able to make it hopefully.
that is my thoughts.

Time and personality. If someone only wants me out of convenience then they can move on. With dating we don't have to see each other every day if it's not feasible but communication is important.
