I want serious advice on making a balanced meal plan for my week that I can prepare on Monday and bowl it and put in the fridge prepackaged so I'll have it made when I want it throughout the week.

How vegetarian do you plan to be. Or are you going to order more vegan. Also do you have any food concerns as is that you're trying to avoid. And why vegetarian? What are you trying to accomplish

Just vegetarian if that works out I'll look into full blown vegan, I'm not allergic to foods so no concern, because its a healthy choice with all the red meat ppl eat today and are all filled with it and don't know it, weight loss healthy living, and honestly if I wasn't addicted to meat I don't see why I'd want it with all the health problems that it makes.

There are ways to eat healthy without byproducts and hormones. Wild game no doubt. Organic or free range game too. Is that not an option at all?

My surrogate grandma is 108 years old. Her typical meal boasts a substantial portion of meat. She raised her own game. Her husband hunted and fished. She grew veggies and canned them to sustain her family thru the winter. There's just as many BAD things found on grains and veggies as can be found in meat.

you may want to take a highschool science class again.
that's a debunkable myth.
ever soaked a hunk of meat in hydrochloric acid? the majority of what is found in your stomach? you don't have much left besides a slurry of very tiny meat fibers. (remember, after that it goes to your small intestine for even more break down, before it can even think about reaching your colon)
tell me how that's just going to sit in your system and "rot"
actually, if you try the same process on plant material, you'll find larger pieces.
seriously, I could get all preachey, but that's a very old myth, that has been debunked hundreds of thousands of times.
if you're really curious, i'll go get a colonoscopy and share the photos of you (I eat a protein rich diet, to include red meat on a fairly regular basis)
BUT, if you're going to swear off red meat. fine. chicken isn't red. turkey isn't red. fish isn't red.
I have no problem with people who are vegetarians, or who want to become them. what I have a problem with is uninformed decisions made to "better one's health" that actually end up being detrimental to one's health.
I still am encouraging you to get all the information you need, to make an informed decision on this.

Recent research from the AMA & AHA suggest:
70% fruits, veggies and nuts - fresh prefered..
30% meats. A single serving of broiled/grilled fish or poultry twice each week.
There is NO empirical evidence that suggest a 100% vegan diet is any better then the above...
And, there is no need for supplements of any kind except for daily exercise..

So the insoluble fiber in vegetables or in the diet dodges, sneaks or politely excuses itself from the red meat in your colon? Lol. That's rich.
