Anyone ever try it? What are your opinions and thoughts?

Doing idk currently. I started like 3 days ago. And I have already lost 1.5 lbs... Shockingly SOME baby foods taste good. I was sure about peas as a baby, and I still am not.,

Breakfast: 1 jar of stage2 baby food
Lunch: 1 jar of stage2 baby food
Dinner: if you're strictly on it a jar, if not, a small dinner such as fish and a veggie...
Any snacking you would eat fresh fruit and /or fresh/steamed veggies.
I'm strictly on it, ( because some of the flavors are good (beech nut classics) and I only Get hungry in the nights/evenings so I have like an apple.)

The fish and veggie dinner sounds more like real food. You could base a weight loss diet on that sort of thing instead of eating things out of jars, which might become boring after a while. I lost a lot of weight by having eggs on toast for breakfast and either fish and veggies or a salad for the main meal, with other snackeroonies as desired such as fruit. Lots of exercise is helpful too.

There's a whole lot of flavors of baby food. And you only eat baby food for 1-2 weeks. Because after that it curbs your appetite and some foods like junk food just become les appealing.

The problem with the Baby Food diet is that you soon hit a wall and you have to go on the Baby Bottle diet to continue losing weight. And you start saying goo goo ga ga more often. And you start sloberring frequently. And you start having to be burped after every meal.
No, but as with any lower calorie diet alone, the body will adapt to lower calories and the diet will soon stop working. Why? Because exercise is needed. And it's hardly ever mentioned with diets, just like it wasn't here.

The baby food diet isn't anything special. All it is is eating healthy foods close to the source with minimal processing so as much of the original nutritional value is still in tact. You could accomplish the same thing by eating a meal plan primarily focused on fruits, veggies and lean proteins. And actually would be better off that way if you're eating them fresh. In the canning process, some nutrients are lost. Also, jars of baby food do have preservatives in them, which are unnecessary and some studies have said have negative health affects.
