I don't believe in it. It shocks your body that's for sure.
As much as I will do is a 'plain foods' fast. Raw veggies and whole grains. Minus spices and seasonings etc. but I can't say it has aided in weight loss per say. But after a week of vacation and heavy and flavorful eating it helps me feel better
