Organic apple cider vinegar with mother
It is liquid form only
Bragg is a brand at GNC and many groceries stores. $4 a bottle
Excellent alkalizer.

You put tablespoon in a cup of water and slam it down.
Then just rinse your mouth out.
No big deal.
Definitely rinse your mouth out though.
Never heard a you e say it discoloration your teeth.
I use Colgate whitening mouthwash and toothpaste and it still works fine.

it all won't work it's to bitter strong and spreads
now i have to strengthen and whiten my teeth two times a day
cause of the damage,

You are saying you put one tablespoon of Apple cider vinegar in 8 ounces of water and drank it, th n rinsed your mouth and it ruined your teeth?
Are your teeth made of marshmallow?

the apple cider is not good for the tooth enamel period
especially if you have a weak tooth
but there is an alternative to keep taking if for weightlost it's your choice
pill straw or 80z of apple cider vinegar with water THERE IS NO
STORY BUT A DISCOVERY

Right now I'm actually taking Hydroxycut SX-7. It's their newest product, it's in powder form instead of pill. It contains garcinia, com bogus, raspberry ketones, and green coffee. It's one of their strongest forms. Also it comes in a variety of flavors!
