As well a few others have come down the pike only to disappear; some leaving nothing save memories of a hubcap burger that would hurt ya. There's a formula to cookin' 'em and one to finding them. There's a place in Belmont Shores, California called Hamburger Henrys (if its still in operation) They make over 100 kinds of Hamburgers....at least. So, other than my secret burgers, that would be my choice.

(Though Eagle Rock does do it just a bit better) Fatburger on Hwd Blvd or Ventura. Gotta have the egg, green chile and green Tabasco. In and Out, in a pinch. The huge burger stand that serves humongous burgers with fresh Maui onion on Oahu's north shore on H1.
