This one kinda makes me sick why is it ok for a woman to be a single mom and it's not ok for a man to be a single dad why can a man except a woman and her kids but a woman can't except a man and his kids and where does anybody get the right to tell somebody how to raise there kids I don't get it

I'm so sorry to hear that, I know a lot of single moms & dads here in Colorado. I don't understand why they judge single fathers in your area? That's not right. Single fathers and mothers should be treated equally.

Im not complaining cuz I love being a dad but it's eather ezer for women or ya all just make it look ezer for me it's an adventure every day cuz im a single dad raising a daughter lol it's a constant battle and I think she's winning cuz I still don't have a clue what im doing lol

Me personally, I wouldn't date father if he's a dead beat or immature. Being a parent is a plus in my book because I'm a mother.

I'm a single dad and I don't care what people think about it myself. My ex is a piece of trash that's why they live with me, she wasn't taking care of them. At least they don't eat ramen noodles for dinner every night anymore. I'm fine with that. It is hard to get a date tho!!! lol why I don't know maybe its a lack of free time thing, but they are growing up quick and I'll have my time again.

It's even worse out here in jersey because the girls walk around like there the bomb dot com with there five children and have 8 different bfs. Then there's me a single father raising my son doing the right thing and going on dates right until I tell them I have a son. They look at me like I'm some piece of garbage for not holding a relationship with my cheating baby mom. Most women don't wAnt to accept the baggage and that's fine because at the end of the day I have my kid. They'll come crawling back one day with a child and going thru the same bs.

I think you have to just look a little harder honestly. I think it's extremely sexy when I talk to a man who is a single dad. To know that he has stepped up to the plate and have taken on the responsibility to raise their children by themselves or with minimal help.

I think ur just paranoid bro.... firstly, just bc many women here say they want a relationship doesnt mean they are being honest....just look at their crackhead friends? Second most women hav been burned a half dozen timez by men and its hard for them to trust... just find a few good women and be friends and maybe over time one will actually want to date. Its a pain in the a** I know but unless u want a skank who cheats its really the only way..patience grasshpper.

Before our split. Me and my X. Got full custody of our grandson. He is a hand full. And a chick magnet. When me and him go to movies or. Out to eat. It's fun to watch women wanna try to help me out.

Sorry to hear you guys having this issue. A woman should respect the fact that you are raising your children and not some deadbeat that doesn't care. I would never date a man if he had children and was not part of their lives. The fact that you are raising them speaks volumes to the fact that you are a responsible adult and a caring person.
You will eventually find someone that appreciates who you are and what you have. If they cannot accept you and your child(ren), then you are better off without them.

Not all women are like that. I don't view a single dad any differently than a single mom. I do however pay attention to his handling of the situation.
As for people telling others how to raise their kids, it happens everyday. The law, doctors, teachers and so forth, that's just the way it is. Its nothing worth stressing over if you're doing your best.
