I'm right now pretty athletic in shape but I still carry some fat around. I'm around probably 15% BF - my midsection is flat but I don't have the chiseled facial features and six pack abs that i'm craving. I'm in the middle of getting there right now - I started my journey at around 220 lbs, right now I'm 198 and I want to get down to 175 Lbs
I would like to go from looking like this
to closer to this

I have a similar facial structure, but he's just so lean while I'm still kind of chubby. My face will probably be that chiseled once I'm down to 8% bodyfat. I love the definition and the angular look of the lower jaw (no homo).
Would that help me at all in terms of my dating luck? Women would respond much more positively on dating sites, wouldn't they?

that's what I was thinking..that guy's cut..complete with a cleft chin..and unless you get that from your daddy or a surgeon OP your bone structure is nothing like that of the picture you showed.
sure you can beef up in the gym..if you want women that only want the body to play with sure..if more, then perhaps you should work on your personality as well. Maybe for each repetition in the gym pick up a classic novel and actually READ it.  Good luck with that.
