Goal is 1390. I already exceeded sugar because I had a peach for breakfast and one for dinner I'm up to 990. The water itself is very filling. I had tuna and cottage cheese also today so sodium is almost met. I spent 45 minutes at the gym total and that was added to my calories. Right now it says my goal is 1600 with exercise added. I was never a big eater and this seems like a lot of food for me.I usually lose only one pound a week. Yoga instructor said fat cells are shrinking and muscle taking its place.

My limit in sugar is very low at 32. Almost everything has sugar in one form or another. I found to check first then eat. Grapefruit juice 8 0z has 17 so there goes that. I can almost eliminate all fruits from my diet. No milk, using cashew silk if needed. Even lofat yogurt has 7gms in 4 0z. I bought lean 15 protein powder but haven't used it yet. Some days are ok and some not so much. I am losing some weight but have to watch the bone disease. My carbs are 191.
