it can be misused sure..and there's a lot of great uses for it too (helping rescue a coonhound today with my bestie..damn phone's going off every ten seconds because so many are in the conversation now..but his vet bill's paid and there's a foster waiting) 
I think who knows that may change by the time I go get my phone off the coffee table
