There was once a violent robbery and all the witnesses supposedly saw nothing after being asked by the cops, we instead asked the homeless man on the corner sleeping on the sidewalk with a buzz and he described everything...many individuals don't need much to notice things as long as they have the ability to listen/actually see by paying attention and if they don't they either don't care or lack the intelligence to do so. In theory the homeless person cared...it was his corner. The others couldn't care less...they just wanted to get home or away. Ironically homeless people, hookers and transgender individuals see the most...many regular people have the issues and fail to spot important things. In your case I think it's a 50-50 deal...no better.

sure it can...you know the old "I'm not feelin' it" works both ways.
we react when there's mutual interest..and generally if one of the parties isn't feeling it the other can pick up on that and of course it affects them even if on a subconscious level.

If he has feelings already and isn't aware.....Probably not at that time, and later he will just be hurt.
but if he doesn't have feelings, it probably would, because most times past the kiddie age, it takes that special interactions of both to develop feelings and if you don't have feelings for him....then that type of interaction won't develop.

I suppose it could depend on what it is he wants out of the relationship.
If sex is mainly what he is after and he is enjoying having sex with you then maybe he really doesn't care how much you care for him.
If he feels he is in love with you and you don't feel the same then eventually he'll learn one way or another and be hurt. But he'll most likely still have sex with you.
Now if this lack of "feeling" is due to that new type of condom you are so fond of, then yeah, that works both ways.

If the sex is free, who cares. It's when it starts costing him money that he will care. So if he can just show up and spend the night and leave before breakfast, what the hell. If he has to take you out, give you a gift, buy you breakfest, then some feelings are in order.
