Buy salmon ( better Omega-3 )fresh from the fish store market. Cans have linings that cause cancer. Bake in oven depending on size you buy.

Aging makes cancer more likely. And no one gets out of life alive anyway. The safest course of action is not to be born in the first place.

Better off buying fresh salmon in a fish market, Whole Foods, etc. Go for the wild salmon. The farm raised contains too much mercury and parasites. The wild may be more expensive but it's healthier and tastier. Sometimes Whole Foods has it on sale. I use my T-Fal Opti Grill and just sprinkle it with salt-free seasoning and garlic powder before I cook it. No fancy recipe and it comes out great.
