I love avocado oil, almond oil, coconut oil, Argan, grape seed, jojoba, tea tree, seseme and so many more at home can't remember the names. But they are great for hair and skin. I am an oil addict I usually restock on anything that I finished. My mother used to actually mix them all together and labels them separately one for hair and one for body.
I think they are great either combined or seperated. Recently I have started getting a bit more spending happy with buying products that have Argan oil. I bought a hair serum with it and it's made my ends feel more silky.
I also use biotin on my hair really helps for skin as well. Sorry for the long post got excited!

I had a migraine for six weeks that my neurologist ran tests and tried many different meds with no success. I used a drop of frankincense oil on the roof of my mouth twice a day for only two days and the migraine went away.
I make blends as well. Had a friend with neuropathy that a blend with helichrysm, frankincense, and a couple other oils with fractionated coconut oil helped in two weeks.
I'm a wellness advocate now for DoTerra essential oils.

geranium is great for hormonal imbalance. I love lavender in a bath. mint to stimulate. But my all time favorite is Jasmine!!!!!!!!!! I find scents to be great stress relievers. great to put in spray bottle with water and take outside in the heat. Also, I love Lemmon.

Just noticed this thread and thought I'd share that I use KY and other water based lubricates heated on a candle warm to massage and play with my partner...The candle warmer is the perfect heat that will not burn.....I also have a few stones in the oil but haven't used them on a partner but have on me...ahhhh.... Try it...It is 1 way to at least to get a nice romantic full massage..
Sorry if you didn't want this thread to be sexual....
I love lavendar and jasmine oils along with epsom salt in a hot bath, with a glass of wine and candles...with the music playing.... Lord knows we need a little peace and tranquility in our live's...Men just don't know!!!

The oils found in orange skins are great for circulation. Make sure the orange is organic and free of toxins. They can be juiced or eaten as they are.

I am just starting to explore this... met a life coach professional that insists various oils are so essential in healing and balance. I need more info.

I mix essential oils with organic coconut oil. A lot less costly than fancy perfumes. Scent lasts longer. And less chance for allergic reaction due to dyes or unnatural chemicals.

I bought a scrub that is mainly composed of coconut and salt. It does a fab job but next time I will make my own and save the money. I make sugar scrubs for my legs but will switch from olive oil to coconut oil.Great for shaving.
