It has always been a sad truth that married women will frequently give birth to children that are genetically unrelated to the legal male guardian. To this, then, I am uneqivocally submitting that Obi-Wan Kenobi was in point of fact the actual biological father of both Leia and Luke. Phew! That is certainly a lot of my chest!

It doesn't fit the story. First, Darth Vader can feel a special connection with them both. He also tells Luke that if he searches his heart he will know his father. And when the sith lord is trying to kill Luke, Darth's connection to Luke drives him to save Luke. The movies have a very eastern philosophy theme with western elements- fear vs love, highly emotional vs logical/rational. The surprise that Darth Vader is their father is a bit of western drama, but I think it's coincidence. The rest of the series just doesn't have drama like you propose. It would detract from the rest of the themes.
