For the Americans who have been targeted for FEMA camp detention, most will voluntarily self-incarcerate in order to avoid starvation for both them and their families. Slave Labor Force According to Executive Order 13603, the President, or the head of any federal agency that he shall designate, can conscript “persons of outstanding experience and ability without compensation,” in both “peacetime and times of national emergency.” I can hear the Obama supporters now as they will write to me and say, “Obama would never do that, you are drinking from the Kool-Aid”. Well, here it is, you can read it for yourself. Sec. 502. Consultants. The head of each agency otherwise delegated functions under this order is delegated the authority of the President under sections 710(b) and (c) of the Act, 50 U.S.C. App. 2160(b), (c), to employ persons of outstanding experience and ability without compensation and to employ experts, consultants, or organizations. The authority delegated by this section may not be redelegated. This means that Obama, and his fellow communists, can seize any resource, property, or person at any time for any reason, including being able to force that person to perform assigned labor without being paid. There is only ONE word for forced, “uncompensated employment”. That word is slavery. Congratulations to President Obama, he has effectively repealed the 13th Amendment to the Constitution. Section 601 of the act specifies, in part, how far the government can go in terms of making you their slave. Sec. 601. Secretary of Labor. He is using them to do end-runs around Congress by legislating from the White House. Some EO’s are dormant but pose a potential future threat. One of those is EO 13603. President Obama signed EO 13603 on March 16, 2012. The purpose is to delegate authority and address national defense resource policies and programs under the Defense Production Act of 1950. It provides the framework and authority for the allocation or appropriation of resources, materials and services to promote national defense. The legislation was in place, it was called FEMA...it has been renamed Homeland Security...one of the things the EO does is rename it to keep up with current federal laws... Have you ever read through some of the Executive Orders of past presidents...have you really read all of Obama's or any of them? His are no better or worse than any of the other president who have used Executive order and he has done it less than the last two republican presidents that served two terms (8 years)...
