I just joined and someone just wrote me saying they have a boyfriend that has erectile dysfunction and can't have sex so they would like to have sex with me. They asked to email them so we can set this up. Is this some sort of a new scam?

It doesn't sound like a typical scam. It sounds like she simply being honest about a decision she's made. She has a boyfriend he can't perform she doesn't want to live her life without sex. She doesn't want to break up with the boyfriend but she wants to supplement the need. I disagree with her decision however I have to admire her honesty

Sounds like a hobot/scammer/prostitute adding all that detail in the first message. Don't ask us, there's only one way to find out. Email her and see what her game is. Who knows, maybe she just wants some d*ck. Make sure you do a voice check and carry a shank if you meet her. Ho's be luring dudes around here for jack moves.

So you are interested in being someone's side piece? Sounds like a recipe for drama. Get some self esteem and don't settle for being second or third or whatever choice.

So it was a scam. We emailed back and forth a bit and she asked me to go to some site to verify my age and do a background check. SO I blocked her.
As far as being a side piece and self-esteem, I am a guy!! Guys do not mind being side pieces while they look for a girlfriend. Its nice being wanted. I have personally been on both sides (was the side piece and currently have one) and its great as long as both people are on the same page.

So I was kinda right, and I bet there's nothing wrong with her boyfriend, cause he's involved in the scam also yes she's using that to make men feel sorry for her

It's a scam so old, it's laughable.
Back when I was a young fool, long before the internet was even thought of, the exact same basic scam was run over and over.
The basic scam structure is:
1. A stranger contacts you somehow. By mail, by randomly dialing your phone, by talking to you on the street, whatever.
2. They explain that due to [insert questionable story here], it is your lucky day, and you are offered a bargain.
3. In exchange for a relatively small sum (relative to what you would pay if the offer were legitimate), you discover you now own a cheap imitation something or other that is worse than worthless.
Back then, the stuff was knock-off stereo equipment, really bad dishes, or so on. The [questionable story] was that they had been told to deliver the stuff and return with an empty truck, and had discovered the receiving place was out of business, so they had to empty the truck on their own. But the basic scam structure was identical to what you describe.
The only thing that's changed over the years, is the technology used to hook the suckers.
By the way. Best way to protect yourself from scammers?
Develop a sense of personal honor. When someone offers to cheat on someone else with you, don't help them.

She just wants to cheat. Her man can still get her off in other ways and doctors have pretty much figured out ED in men, their are pills that can help with the problem.
