I would like to not be spending it alone, but my family has never wanted me around for holidays.
Would like better health for my granddad who is getting ready to have surgery, my other family, my friends, myself, my animals, and my plants (I live where my window doesn't get direct sunlight and had the plants for years before)

Shoes that would keep my feet dry. Don't have any and can't afford any
Clothes that fit me right. I took money from my grocery budget to get a belt to use with pants without belt loops to extend the use of the pants. Already put in them new elastic.

Yeah, in the past couple of months, more than 2,000 people locally have been let go and over the next couple of months more than 1,000 has already been announced to be laid off

I think I might need a newer Heart for Christmas---mine trying to stop- yesterday at the VA pulse was 34---but they said I could come home.34/ is unacceptable im most real hospitals, by real Doctors.

What I would like is finding a doctor where a patient isn't just a number. I hired the doctor and not the other way around. JMO. Now that would be a wonderful present.

Drove to Northern Tool, Lynchburg Bought a new 17 Cu.Ft. drop wagon for when I chip limbs up---it holds much more than the wagon I use now.

Do you have a C-Cap where you live? They give away food, clothing and they have financial help. Dial-A Ride is able to help you get around if you need that. There are social services in the hospitals where you are able to apply to help with the cost of surgery. If you don't have any insurance you might wish to look into a city clinic to get help with doctors and medication. Just some suggestions. I hope this helps.

Well, it is a big city that you live in and I am sure them must be referrals. I do not know what difference it makes if you live alone or not, though

they seem to look for anything they can to deny help to people. we don't have resources and we don't have jobs which pay what it takes to live in the area. I know a lot of people who are in the same situation
