I see it as a come back and poor excuse when prayers to God fails to save the child. A poor excuse because God works in mysterious ways and needs another angel. I would consider this as rubbing salt into the wounds the grieving families who probably would say the same thing if the shoe was on the other foot. Perhaps the intention is good but it's nothing but a lie.
