I like to eat bone marrow. It's really good. It used to be peasants' food & food for the slaves. Now the restaurants are charging a lot of money for bone marrow. Now it's considered a delicacy with the rich folks.
The slaves used to eat food that their master's didn't want to eat. So the slaves eat it & they seasoned it really well to make it taste good. Then their master's started eating the food the slaves eat too.

Cauliflower Pizza Crust
1 head cauliflower, stalk removed
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
1/4 cup grated Parmesan
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
2 eggs, lightly beaten
Directions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Break the cauliflower into florets and pulse in a food processor until fine. Steam in a steamer basket and drain well. (I like to put it on a towel to get all the moisture out.) Let cool.
In a bowl, combine the cauliflower with the mozzarella, Parmesan, oregano, salt, garlic powder and eggs. Transfer to the center of the baking sheet and spread into a circle, resembling a pizza crust. Bake for 20 minutes.
Add toppings and bake another 10 minutes.

I've seen that made...
Use a dishtowel to put the cauliflower in and wrap it tight after pulsing - squeeze the moisture out of it...looks like it was pretty tasty and easy...makes me want to plant cauliflower again!

Strawberry's cookies.. I put the sugar free and other substitutes behind the ingredient.
1? cup all purpose flour (rice flour)
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
1 stick room temperature butter (parkay spray, no Cal's, no carbs, no fat)
1/2 cup granulated sugar (sugar substitute)
1 large egg + 1 yolk, beaten
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
? cup strawberries, diced
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside for now.
In a medium sized bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. These are the dry ingredients.
In a large bowl, beat together the butter (parkay) and granulated sugar (sugar substitute) until they appear creamy. Add the beaten egg and yolk and the vanilla extract. Mix until they are evenly incorporated.
Slowly stir in the dry ingredients and mix until they are well combined and form batter.
Fold in the diced strawberries.
Cover the dough and refrigerate for at least a half hour to allow the dough to become firmer. Refrigerate for longer if needed.
Break the dough and roll them into balls. You’ll have about 15-18 cookies depending on how big you roll your dough.
Bake the cookies for 10-13 minutes until the edges are golden brown.
Remove the cookies from the oven and allow them to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.

My son is painting the kitchen so I had a great excuse to go buy a pound of smoked ribs, some cheesy scalloped potatoes, some bar-b-qued baked beans, and some giant coconut fried pies!
It was so good, it should be a sin!
