This happened to me many years ago.
I got outa bed about three in the sfternoon one saturday. I had the day off work and planned on laying around drinking coolieos all day. I opened the refer to grab a cold soldier and realized i was out. I seldom let this happen. Most of the time i never let my supply fall below a twelver. I was broke as a $2 wrist watch and payday was two days away. I walked out on the patio sat down, head hangin low, depressed. It was 90°, humid, light breeze, and I was jonesin for some cold beer. I raised my head to spark a cig and i see what looked to bee a bill blowing across the patio. I lean down for a closer look, it was a fity dolla bill. I picked it up and looked around to see if anyone was near, nobody in sight. I inspected the bill closely, it was real. Writtin on the bill in blue ink was the words " beer money ". I looked up to the heavens and with tears of joy i thanked god for his goodness.
Off to the beer store i went, a smile on my face.
I chit you not.

A friend of mine's grandfather witnessed the miracle of the sun in Fatima, Portugal, Oct. 13, 1917. (The sun lost its usual brilliance, people could look at it, and it appeared to dance around for awhile. Thousands of people saw it, and it was reported in the New York Times.)

I've had an uncle that died , and an aunt that lived , from brain cancer.
The aunt was religious , but she was more than that . She loved everything around her , she was like a toddler , experiencing for the first time , every time .
The uncle that died , thought that this was the funniest thing on earth .

Christians should never claim to be already saved. That is the sin of presumption. Rather, Christians, if they continue to believe, continue to confess and commune on a regular basis, continue to avoid sin, and continue to do good works, HOPE for salvation.
Three things we must have in order to be saved: faith, hope, and charity (good works). You can't hope for something you already have.

Do you fully understand the concepts of Trinity, transubstantiation, Purgatory, temporal punishment for sin, spiritual materialism, hyperdulia, the state of grace, the difference between mortal and venial sin, the circumstances under which the Pope is infallible, or the distinction between validity and licity in administering sacraments? Can you explain the difference between meditation and contemplation? Do you know what is contained in a Catholic tabernacle?
We are all ignorant on one subject or other. No one except God knows everything. When we have the humility to recognize that indeed only God knows everything, and that we mere humans are indeed very ignorant about a lot (what human being even knows one tenth of one percent of everything?), then we begin to see our dependence on God for everything.
