LOL.. it's a building you hang meat in.. you build a fire and the smoke cures the meat over a length of time. It's the old fashioned way of curing meat before electricity.

I threw a smaller one together the other day for a temporary..
Used it like an oven
Got a little carried away
Cooked a whole chicken in 5 minutes
The outside was black as tar
But the inside was perfectly done,tender and juicy!

I live in an area prone to flooding. We can get water in the yard wether we want it or not.
If it wasn't for all the laws that have been put in place, I would love to have a waterway in my yard. I don't want to deal with the costs the laws and changing laws puts on people today who have them
