This is done in steps: you might begin by imaginingyourself leaving the house to meet up with a friend at a near by coffee shop. I'd get dizzy and hot and fell like i was in a bad dream where all the voices blended together like a low droaning humm. I hated it and stayed to myself. Today, I'm not real happy about large crowds and I like my personal space as much as the next person. I hope you can overcome this. But be careful with that Xanax. I took it once last year when I quit smoking. I was in a walking coma for 2 weeks. I called it my happy pill since I'd take one, take a deep breath and feel the anxiety pour off me like a sheet of rain. It makes you really tired too. It's great stuff.
