Your post is the perfect example of brainwashing.
Your post is a perfect example of ignorance. Not to be offensive, but literal. You lack knowledge of the truth of the matter. Certainly nobody brainwashed me, except possibly myself.
I try to dispense truth to others who do not possess it. I am asked to do this by God. I try, but it is tedious. I'm very busy trying to save myself, but do attempt to shed light to others as I have been blessed to see.
What do you believe in?

”Athiests believe in God.
A contradiction in terms, irrational and illogical and a completely senseless statement. Yep, that's what you'd expect from a god clone
”No you're an atheist because you do not want to bend to God's will. You want to decide what is right and wrong. Otherwise you would accept His word and try your best to obey it. “
I understand it's extremely difficult for you to make sense, when you have no free thought, just a dogmatic program. It's easy to see you have no idea how free people think, nor the definition of atheism or what a non believer means and understand. Hoping to be right, isn't the same as being right, its the opposite.
We see the results of allowing a mythical god of war to make judgements, history shows us how well gods followers determine right, by the use of suppression and finally the sword. There is no other verifiable evidence and sensible people wouldn't believe in such a debauched ideology, so can never believe in a mythical god.
So your delusion atheists do believe in god, is just that, delusion.
You obviously miss the entire point, but help to prove it.

Quote from valion:
"My point is/was that the essence of the entire problem between God and man is the question of sovereignty, and man has chosen to spurn God's authority and replace it with his own. An atheist is the epitome of this. "
You do not understand that atheists have not 'spurned god', we do not see any evidence of any god to spurn. No more than one would say that you have spurned Zeus, Jupiter, Odin, or Quetzalcoatl.
"Thou shalt not MURDER, pretty much describes the commandment, as many other Scriptures show self-defense is acceptable, obviously. Let's not mince words.
You have just provided an example of my comments. In most translations, the word is kill. By using it to mean murder, you are interpreting the bible.
Besides, there are many examples in the bible of god committing, commanding, or condoning murder.

Not really, you've just committed and act of denial and not addressed my point regarding atheist not believing in god, typical of a christian.

Well. I asked not to mince words, but you insist in doing that to try to prove your point, which shows you cling to be flimsiest of excuses to deny reality.
Don't get me wrong. I could care less if you are an atheist. God seems to care though, and He wants me to try to shed light unto others. I try, but you have to have something to work with.
Hope that atheism thing works out for you.

just4,
There is no hell as it is described. The God thing is working out real well for me.
But if I'm wrong, I'm just stupid. If you're wrong you're f*****.
(I've wasted nothing. Besides being extremely interesting my study of God has been exceedingly inspirational and comforting.)

a-theist comes from the word theology in its root. The "a" meaning "not" as in a word like asexual. So they are "not" religious.
