Seriously, I know I have my faults, as we all do, but why do some people tell you they are interested in you, or want to have a ltr with you, grow old together, etc then not bother to tell you they have changed their mind or whatever? Why continue to string someone along you don't have an interest in? Even as a backup, wouldn't there have to be some interest? I just don't get it. It's not that damn difficult to just say "sorry, not working" especially if the other person gives you an out. I know if I ask a question, I don't want you to tell me what you think I want to hear, I really want an honest answer. Geez, you can be nice and still tell a person. Just disappearing is cowardly and shitty. *Rant over*

Because they're desperate. They're not lying to you so much as they're lying to themselves. And then finally they take their head out of where the sun don't shine and, and, yeah, like she said, chicken out and run away. But they set this situation up because they were desperate. And they're desperate because they're chicken-at-heart. Vicious cycle.

when dating, pple r at their best behavioural patterns, they even dress sexy, when they get familiar with each other, the old sexy dressing and impromptu romantic surprises cease. the relationship starts to lack the lustre.
boredom creeps in and contempt takes centre stage.

keep the fir burning babe.....keep it burning.

Because they are scared or lack ballz.

They rather not return calls, not answer emails, not return voice messages. Yet many of them will proclaim they do let the other person know. But we know reality says different. Although there are some that do tell ya, majority of them leave you hanging expecting you to get the hint.
