HE IS A Para Medic. Ever think he could be helping saving lives by be online answering questions about patience. You are going to feel pretty silly if that the case. Our customer service department at my job have Yahoo and AOL and MSN Messengers to answer questions from customers 24/7. Some of them get paid to stay home and be a tech service call.
But you are probably right...but then he shouldn't drop everyone without you two getting a little bit more serious and you shouldn't stop search until then too !!!
Go on the date and have fun...It is not a marriage propsal is it? Enjoy and stop thinking about the future and enjoy the present. When and if it get serious, then ask.
Let me get this straight. You never met the guy? I hate to see what stalking snap judgments you are going to make after you meet him.
This is the part I don't like about online dating...Women like you scare me....
How many times do you ride by his house in a day? If it bother you, you should delete his name from your buddy list, or take another route that doesn't goes by his house.

oh i DONT THINK SO..lawrence. i dont ride by anyones house and never will. it was something was wondering about. and before would make a snap judgement about the person or even ask the guy about it, thought to ask here. isnt that what these topics are for? to get some other thoughts besides your own.
like it or not theres alot of deception from online. theres nothing wrong with being a little cautious. even for a first meet.

Always be careful !!! There are a lot of sick people online, anything you can do to make yourself feel good about going to meet a stranger is a great idea.

I believe that everyone deserves a chance to find happiness. Procced with catution and be on your toes. Meet face to face, look him in the eye and ask him to explain. If he turns away one time while telling you his reason. Then RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN.

Procede caution with is a wise course of action.
Now with that said I have a laptop and an aircard which is a wireless modem. With this setup I can be riding in a vehicule and be online surfing the web. If he is a Paramedic he has a lot of idle time interspersed with monments of total Kaos when on a call.
From what you've said about him going on vacation when the two of you had planed to meet it sounds like he has a better offer to pursue.
Take your time and choose wisely there are lots of people to choose from sooner or later you will find the right person for you.
