I think.. that it's usually the lawyer who is the culprit in such matters. The spouse often want what is fair.. but their greedy lawyers wants a huge cut and will often push the spouse into asking for alot more than they had originally asked for

Prenuptials are not worth the paper they are written on, all you have to do is get a good lier I meen lawyer to say they didn't understand what they were signing and play dumb and you are screwed. I know all about that shit.

hi...... Problems with a pre-nup....... they are prohibited by law to be(one sided)..i.e, you c/not say by wife receives nothing... in a divorce settlement...2 pre-nups are needed....
yes,,,,you can protect pre-marriage assets..!!!......where a good atty. comes in....when you start combining your incomes and investments,,,,,,WATCH OUT PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

material things dont impress me either thats why im willing to share what i have and chance losing a bit. i wouldnt want to accuse him of wanting me for what i had. and if im wrong then i lose a little. if i really love him i won't begrudge it.
