Was doing good until a few years ago a bad car wreck and my life has never been the same. I got fibromyalgia, hp, high cholestrol, daiabetic, a knee replacement that got infected and the dr. did nerve damage. And I have to go to a chonic pain dr. every month to get a shot in the back that hurts like all get out just so I can get pain meds to dull the pain. All the other problems I take meds for too. This getting old ain't what I expected.

Well, here goes confession time-right??
I have had 2 lower back surgeries--1 in my neck --I have fibromyalgia, lyme disease,
But no high blood pressure or heart problems. I am in constant pain all the time,but it has became my partner----I try to ignore it and will keep on working in my yard,doing anything i want to. I have had to grow up strong ----as there were 11 of us kids--and my dad beat us just for something to do. He was a beast, but i've had to forgive him,or Jesus would not forgive me.../...... 
In pain,but get kinda used to it---will never give up until Jesus takes me home--hang in there friends--it only gets better---lol--Pat--lotsafuninpa.

Not to make lite of your issues but after listening to ya'll I'm feeling pretty good. 
I can't sneak up on my grandchildren to see what they are up to because my knees and ankles creak. And most of the time it's a carpeted floor so I can't blame it on a wooden floor.

The University of Virginia has developed this new test that can determine any ailment by a simple urine test.
This one fellow had a pain in his right elbow. Went into uroligy and gave a sample. After an hour the Doctor came out and said "You have tennis elbow". Well needless to say he was very indignant, and yelled at the Doctor, that he didn't believe it. The Doctor gave him a speciman cup and told him to bring in another sample in 2 months.
Prior to leaving for the hospital. He urinated in the cup, took a sample of his wifes urine, a sample of his daughter's urine, a sample of his dog's urine. some motor oil from the car, and he topped it off with an ejaculation. Took it to the lab. After an hour or so, the Doctor came back, are you ready for this?. Your wife is pregnant, your daughter has VD, your dog is going to have puppies by a mongral, your car needs an oil change, and if you don't stop masturbating, you are not going to get rid of that tennis elbow.

Dang all that from a urine test?
I'm wondering what causes my lil finger to hurt... too much guitar I suppose... my middle finger on my right hand isn't used for anything.... oops forgot about the drive in town the other day... lol

Lost, I have a friend who went the herbal route. He is an ex-coal miner. Has been diagnosed with black lung, emphisima (sic), high bp, diabetic, etc. Has had many surgeries one for vein blockage and one for an aneurism in his stomach. He is no longer taking bp medication, no longer taking cholestrol medication, no longer diabetic. He is and will always have black lung and emph-- oh however it is spelled. His doctor is a medical doctor who happens to believe that putting chemicals in your body is not a good thing. I do hope you check further into the herbal medicines. Some doctors do not believe in it. Are they getting kick backs? My ex is still loading his body with chemicals and his numbers keep going up.
