Sweetie, I may get bashed for this but I say let him come to you. If you go somewhere in between neither of you will be familiar with the area and you'll be even more uncomfortable. Since he's traveling, offer to pay for his motel. AND.... get enough info to run a background check first. I don't leave home without em. JMO
