I hang out 99 percent of the time in the 50s group,I've seen several groups there get together for meets,and I don't see why we can't do the same.I work as a maintenance man for two hotels,and two large malls here in Kenai,I'm a solo act and stay very busy,more so during the winter with plowing.I'd like to see everybody put their heads together and come up with a time and place for a meet.If we are going to meet in Anchorage I'd need it to be on a weekend (when its not going to snow) a saturday afternoon or evening is best,every Alaskan welcome...Personally I'd like to see us all dining and dancing.....but whatever and where ever the group decides is fine with me.....

I'll be home in June.Got a photo shoot deal in May in Ky & go over some movie deals & then return home & STAY,lol. If there's any real Alaskans(not city types) that want to do something,I've got 48 acres to hold a Bar-B-Q & camp out get together etc. It's out in real Alaska though.About 145 miles NW of Fairbanks.It's as close to the city as I want to be.

I would like to join in as well. I am here in Fairbanks and have lived here since 1952. When Summer gets here, I intend to make a trip to Homer (at least once). Currently I am replacing the tires on the Harley and will be ready for summer. Count me in for a meeting if you give me the time to meet in Anchorage. Are there any Fairbanks Bikers that would like to get together here in town ?

You girls just need to open up to other ages. Most women I've had write me(& those I meet out that aproach me) are between 25-40. Most are around 30. Women older than 40 want younger boys they can take care of & not into men. Older guys got it together better & can good providers & ya won't have to worry about cheatin etc. The wild oats have been sown,lol. Remember women hit their prime at about 25-28 & men hit their prime at 70 or so,lol. You want a guy who's strugglin in life or someone all set up & ready to have fun?

So when is the get together??? Keep being persistant and do it...I can tell you it is a lot of fun doing get togethers...We go camping and fishing...Dancing and dinners...Bingo and bowling...And BBQ's too...We had 29 come to a party in OCT...We did Karaoke...We sang like shit but had a ton of fun...Last weekend we had a chili and fudge cookoff...20 came...get out from behind the computers and have some fun...
And oh my is alaskabiker one hot dude...Hey biker you should post some of those photos from the old happy trails thread...You are one sexy man...

Alaskanbiker, I maybe in Kenai soon. I supposed to take training at the Millwright school. Don't have an exact date yet ... but I will bring my fishing pole. Won't be able to ride the bike down this time as the driveway is still ugly. But the bike is ready and I did take it out before the driveway gave it up. Is Winternites back in Kenai yet ? I would like to check out her handy work. I have see one of her sites and she does amazing work. More later ... Terry

Hey Alaskan Biker, I tried your work cell you gave me ... no answer ... I spent from April 27th until today June 3rd down there ... Clamming, Fishing, and seeing what lakes are around there looking for Trout... tried King Salmon fishing and hooked one for a bit ... but did bring home clams ... will be going back down again June 14th until the 26th ... will try again ... Until then ... Lets start something up here in Fairbanks ... Pioneer park sounds like a good place to start ... there used to be an Ice Cream Parlor there ... don't know if it is still there or not ... will find out tomorrow ... Started the bike when I got home and it still runs good ... so will take it in the morning when I go to town ... So ... Lets get with it ... I spent all that time in Soldotna and it was cool, damp ... and bone chilling ... now I am back in the land of warmth ... ready to have Fun ...

hey alaskans, there r so many adventures to be had here, summers r busy with visitors and all, i understand, but dipnetting is about to begin in kenai, halibut fishing is hot in homer these days, not to mention all the interior adventures that run through the summer. i like starting out in homer spending july in kenai for a week or so then on to seward then around to pws, whittier/valdez, chenega/tatitlik, then into the interior for hunting berries and moose. so we could have get to gethers all over the place. as a newbie on this forum it should be a regular here that invites people to his/her world.

This is a busy time of year for us that live in the bush. When it's below zero it's time to be outside. Busy with checkin traps & go visitin too while the rivers are frozen good.Spring breakup is the time ya can't do alot & have down time,lol. Winter is a great time in the interior.

Wish I could join in a get together. Maybe set up a phone in for all of us stuck in out of the way places. lol when and if it happens you all take pictures and post. I've just started up here. There doesn't seem to be many Alaskans chatting. I know in the summer we are trying like mad to get outside but now some one should be next to a computer. 
I hate being on an island and newly single. Am contemplating moving to Ancorage or Fairbanks. looking up both for living and doing info. Any suggestion?

If you have to be in a city then go to Fairbanks.At least there's alot less people. All depends on what your looking for.People are different & Weather is different too. My village has 60 people & is too crowded for me,lol. I live 16 miles out.
