dont have a clue (i had a bass tracker) but i have a signed hobie print does that count no well i tried

Depends on your budget, parts availability in your area, Sail replacement costs, any number of things. Very subjective based upon your needs. Are you going to race her? If so, have you compared PHRFs?

Yep. Not many tigers, so class racing will be slim. Tornado's are vintage/popluar....but not as hi-tech as the Tiger.
Hobie's glass hulls hold up well, but the plastic ones are crap.
Price/intended usage should be your determinants.
