I have lived in Pa for 7 years and move here because my Ex wanted to. I was born in Anchorage and moved to Fairbanks because my Father was transferred to Ellison when I was 16.I attended U.A.F. and received my degree in Biology, had a contract with Fish & Game and moved here when I was 25.
Now I manage an H.V.A.C. Co. and am a Biomass specialist, doing my part to keep our planet clean.

Well it's a new year and I guess we all are still single. What ever happened to setting up a get together? Who cares about the age. Are we all too far away from each other? How about 4th of july weekend? We all could rent a camp site and party in the great outdoors. We could compramise on the distance we'll have to drive and pick a spot. We live in Alaska so we all are use to driving a good distance. If anyone hits it off, great. If not, then we'll at least make some friends. No pressure.

You can teach me about AK, cause i dont know anything except for what ive seen on discovery chanel! Not only that but i kind of live in the boonies! well its the boonies if you dont have a car to get to anchorage or girdwood i guess! Flew here from maui in january! i lived there for 20 years in the 80 degree weather all year round and got off the plane in it was like 2 degrees! I knew alaska would take my breath away i didnt think literally!

I wanna live in AK...is housing and everything else as expensive as I have been told? I dont wanna live in a big city...but I dont wanna live in the boonies either...I am too old for that....57 years...I need hospitals and grocery stores etc....Can anyone name a nice town of about 7-10k where the fishing and hunting are nearby and there aint many bears? I dont like bears of any kind...
