My oldest will be back to college before you know it, my 16 y.o. will have her license soon, and then it'll be my hunter-buddy and me. Got him for 10 more years, at least! 
It's funny how excited we are over all the milestones as they grow and change, but it's all so bittersweet.
But hopefully I'll have more meet n greets to fill my time!

I wanted to Thank everyone for a great weekend! I had a wonderful time and look forward to doing it again soon. The hospitality and welcomeness was more than I could have asked for or ever expected. I was surprised to feel so at home with everyone instantly. The food, company, landscape, and fun were all great! Even a little entertainment..... WOOOOO HOOO  Hope to see you all again soon.
Also wanted to send a special thank you to Dan for coordinating a special event. You are all a wonderful group of people and I'm looking forward to next time.

These were taken at the very start or on Friday morning. This is the area of camping so that all that did not attend have a chance to see what they did miss out on.....Even to the local in the area....they had no clue as to this camping area being there...right ladies?
Will be adding more to photo-bucket as it does take awhile but will post as they are entered. If you wish, any other can also be added here by those who have taken some great shots.....would be nice to have them all posted under this event.

Yep....the day before and the day after....Rain or shine.....it was still a great time with just a great bunch of folks....all pulling together, sharing their great smiles, words of wit, and their dang good cooking..... and that is saying it mildly. It would take two pages of this old goats thoughts to express what he was thinking about each and everyone of you.....Folks, you just don't know what you miss out on when you are not there sharing that laughter, hugs or even a kiss from people who are real.

John....thank you......It's true, the many thoughts that pass through our heads as we arrive, as we are there and as we part our own way, are all special. It's that very first step into the unknown that so many will not take but in doing so, it open the doors and allows so many emotions to flood into our everyday lives. When our days become so entangled with problems, we stop for a moment and look back and it seems to make all the world of difference just because of that one moment it time. "Thank you" for that moment in my life....

Hunter and Chek, I have been mostly dry eyed to this point. You know, chin up for the long drive home, then unpack and start the laundry. Check in with the family, let them know your still alive. Get ready for work in the am and then walk head on into a slamming Monday at work. But reading what you posted and knowing you both personally, my eyes are leaking.  Thanks for posting all those great pictures !! It looks so pretty up there despite the wet weather . Everyone smiling and hanging out so comfortably together makes it look like a family reunion then a group who mostly didn't know each other before then .Makes us sad we missed it but we are so glad so many of our fellow PA Chatters had fun .
YOU ALL ROCK !!! and yes DAN is the MAN and we still owe him a cup of coffee .

Mother Superior (shm) was hungry after her trip from Eastern Pa. along with the rest of us and went wiener hunting... and came back from her hunt with this....through them sucker is a dutch oven and on the fire they went.........Did not dare ask her who's they were or where she was hunting with knife in hand.....
Eat your heart out....they were great...three or four different kinds in that there pot with green peppers.
Two were checking the wild things out....Red raspberry along the bush line behind the tenting area....Tcpco and I seen them the evening before as we set her tent up and was doing the Whitman Sampler thing....all we need then was short cake and some whip cream.
