stringopearls Huron, SD 60, joined Jul. 2009	Hey, I was wondering if others know of dances for singles other than those in White on 3rd Saturday, Huron or Yankton on 2nd Saturday, and Mitchell on 1st? These dances are great to meet new people during the mixers. You do not need to give out pictures because everyone can see you etc. I would like to know of more of them and if anyone is interested in car pooling? If you are interested in finding out about next year, you will have to contact someone in White Lake because I am not sure who handles that. I did go and it was slow at first -- perfect for older people and picked up later -- perfect for younger people.

I thought I was wearing a shirt and pants with boots -- that I tried two new drinks that I was told women seem to like, and ended up giving them to someone else. Maybe I was really in bed needing to be at a dance so much that I thought it was real. Hope you all know that I am kidding about the dream. Seems pretty slow in this site and not sure how to liven it up.

stringopearls Huron, SD 60, joined Jul. 2009	Did not make it to Mitchel this month -- maybe next month even though I already know I'll be late -- what again? Oh well, glad I have a job or I would not be able to afford to even go crazy. I will have put in a 16-hour day by 8:00 pm tonight. However, I plan to go to the dance in Huron -- Think it starts at 9 pm at the Plains. Probably will be tired , but need to dance again -- got to just have fun for a few hours and forget some of what has happened. If I step on too many toes, maybe someone will loan me a broom?

stringopearls Huron, SD 60, joined Jul. 2009	I was going to block the rude, immature person from this thread. However, pups often do offensive, crude things just because they do not know better. I did not make it to dances recently -- had to work, spent time with others who could not make it, and then just needed some time to regroup. Think I will try to make it to the one in Mitchell the first Saturday of April and then go to Mobridge for Easter. I think there is a dance in Huron the second Saturday, but I am scheduled to work that weekend. Glad I still have a paycheck coming in.
