Clarity is important here. What does it mean to each party in the relationship to "be in" a relationship? Marriage is clear. If you are in a marriage relatinship and you cheat, your punishment should be severe enough to insure that it never happens again. But if you are in a casual dating relationship, it is important for both parties to know what the expectations are of whether that is an exclusive relationship. I haved never cheated in either case, and would not cheat, even in a dating relationship, if that was the understanding. Unlike some guys/gals, I have no problem being honest with my attitude about a relationship. Dishonesty/avoiding the truth SUCKS!

I so agree.........not getting in that car either. Have been cheated on and it sure hurts - especially when you live with the person. I have told him he will never find anyone who is more faithful than I am in a relationship. Rules to play by - don't do what you don't want done to you, if you need something/someone else then explain yourself and move on. I don't want a cheater and his possible diseases in my bed!

The word infidelity doesn't exist for me, I look at it this way...if I cheat and hurt her, she can do the same to me...and we all know men can mope around forever....so why get into a lose lose situation

No way! My last relationship lasted almost 12yrs, and I had plenty of girls try to temp me. Cheating is wrong, I believe that if you want to be with somebody else you should be honest with the person you are with, even if it means breaking up.

You'll never know why - trust me, I've not met a guy yet that hasn't cheated on me! And to answer your question - absolutely not, I cherish relationships too much to cheat, wish I'd meet someone that felt the same - I will and so will you. Take care of yourself...
