I am blind to everyone else when I am committed in a realtionship and have tunnel vision when I am not. One woman in my life only at any one given time. I have never even had a one night stand when single so I could never under any possible circumstance, ever cheat on someone I was with. Not for all the teas in China, regardless of wether or not I could ever be caught, because I would always know what I did and could not wake up happy being myself ever again.

Never a thought in my head of cheating. I think if a person has values they will not do it. They don't have the balls to get out of the relationship first, because it is a safe place. My sweetheart of 7 years cheated on me, and it is the worst thing I've ever been through. I have had many, many offers, and I would never do it. It doesn't matter how hot either of us is....it's about commitment.

To continue your analogy...Most people take drivers education courses before they get their licences so that they drive their cars well. There is no need to take more courses once you have the licence!! I don't care how good a driver you are...you wouldn't catch me dead in your car!
Gain your experience, date people etc...but once you've married someone or committed to a relationship...you're licenced buddy and the drivers education is OVER!! You have your car and you know how to drive it...class dismissed!
So my answer to the original question....ABSOLUTELY NOT!!

But i cannot lie and say i never had.
Such an ugly word:
"cheating"
And yet i can't help to think that most of us have cheated one way or another, if not physically with full intercourse perhaps even a kiss.
Yeah...I am not playing the self-righteous type today , i know i have done things in the past that i am not proud of.
We all need to grow and learn from our mistakes, we all were very young and naive at one time.
It's by recognizing our errors that we learn to avoid the same consequences the next time around.

Can't imagine being with the same person and only knowing what you knew on your wedding day. Are you kidding???? I was married to a man such as you. He didn't have to tell me he'd been with another...I knew it. Yes he made love to me differently. Hurt me to my soul. I didn't need to be with another to know how to make love or to be creative.
Love deepens when with a person that respects you, therefore your lovemaking changes and has more meaning. I'd love to have the opportunity to be with a man that didn't wander. I want to know the deeper meaning of love, the emotional and physical connection.
When I date, in a relationship or married....cheating never enters my mind. It HAS been offered while I'm with another. I politely and very ladylike turn them down. Cheating is NEVER right.

Clarity is important here. What does it mean to each party in the relationship to "be in" a relationship? Marriage is clear. If you are in a marriage relatinship and you cheat, your punishment should be severe enough to insure that it never happens again. But if you are in a casual dating relationship, it is important for both parties to know what the expectations are of whether that is an exclusive relationship. I haved never cheated in either case, and would not cheat, even in a dating relationship, if that was the understanding. Unlike some guys/gals, I have no problem being honest with my attitude about a relationship. Dishonesty/avoiding the truth SUCKS!
