Sunday we took the canoe out on the lagoon. OMG OMG we had a ball saw the dolphins about 25 feet from us tons of fish that I did not catch on Saturday, a bird that swims under the water, Still saw a sea turtle, we went out by the Pelican Island National Wildlife preserve, water about 8 inches deep birds standing in the water catching fish. It was just awesome !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. A special thanks to our friend falalalal, who has lent her canoe to us for a couple of months I need too buy one. This lagoon is just plain awesome, you may see an alligator; sharks use it as a nursery, cat fish, sea trout. There are Islands here both natural and the spoil Islands that they made when they constructed the intercostals. Some are for conservation others are for recreation, you can go and have a picnic or camp, some are connected by sandbar you can sit on chairs and just sit there in the water enjoying life.
