I'm not talking any more. When you couldn't hear a word that I said.
And I don't feel my fingers no more. I'm blind to my future ahead.
And I don't have hope any more, proves all my idea's are dead.
And I can't show pity no more, so I close off my mind instead.
I am you, hear me calling.
I'm the one who has planted the seed.
But you are me, I feel you crying.
Wondering how this can be.
Why can't we see?
How can one soul put out much more, than one soul should be able to give?
And how do the sea's, over flow their boundaries? Consuming the islands within.
And what is a mortal, with out a concept, of what it is like to live?
And who am I, to tell you your blind, when I'm the one who's deaf.......
.........I AM YOU.......

Take a trip, come with me.
We'll see a realm, that few have seen.
Through the doors, in our minds.
Hidden away, is .... A Fading Cry.
In your mind, a dream unfolds.
Full of memories, that have never been told.
Locked away, deep inside.
The muffled sounds of, .... A Fading Cry.
Through out the world, a soul is searched.
Who'll bring new life, even after birth.
He survives on the faith, of all mankind.
In the distance still, is .... A Fading Cry.
On this side, we have greed, and hate.
Power of the dollar, and the interest rate.
Caught in the shuffle, of nickels, and dimes.
Still in the distance, is .... A Fading Cry.
All your life, you've wanted to see.
If this is true, or was meant to be.
Time slows down, as your illusions die.
Your heart screams out, .... A Fading Cry!

From Taurok---
Ahhhhhh! That this be my safe place,
that I may seek thy refuge,
away from tormented souls
and poison tongues.
Finally silence, we meet again,
let me bask in thy richness,
but for thee would I lose
my sanity.
O' great solitude, embrace me
once more, heal mine spirit
with thy warmth, that a rose shall
blush my cheeks, hear me now!
My answer:
If silence be your refuge
then seek not my words
nor claim my tongue,
be it soft or tainted.
But draw into yer heart
the sound of nothingness;
pull to yerself peace
of mind and soul.
Let silence prevail,
envelop, encase as yer lover.
Feel spirit heal, heart and soul
blush with roses's nectaur.

Sumtnels--
Love A FAding Cry.
You have really shown the comparisons and the passion.
If I may--check your puncation on spell check.
this reads well, but could use a little polish.
I loved the way you showed the emotion, and I loved the readability of the piece. It is worthy of just a little help to make it fabulous.

I really enjoy your poetry and listening to your choosen music.. very relaxing.. I hope I can share a short poem of mine with you?? Here it is anyway.
THE UNKNOWN MAN
His voice in the night
whispers strong, soft
music to my ears.
Words speak
wonderful, sad stories
that yearn for me
to keep listening. DM

Boundless realms stretch into black night,
shadow moon fading, obscuring light,
ominous scents on zephyrs rise,
behold the howl of yellow eyes.

taurok, Charmi's right, ya know.....I prefer to think that you simply have LESS time!!!
Your poem reflects my mom's words one day...a looooonggg time ago, when my brothers and I complained to her that we were bored. She told me "that" time would come...and, I never experienced boredom again.
Thanks for the joy of reading what you think.
Yup, I'm way behind...it's o.k., I'm older than you...I have even less time!
Fondly, Judy

Thank you Kitten. I appreciate your words.
Far away from this place,
between here and there,
my world opens
into a field of dreams,
consumed,
yet somehow
transformed
to a gentle land
of love,
where tears
become rare gems,
liquid flowers
in a garden of Eden.
and in this place,
my feelings flow
like a waterfall,
free and gentle,
flowing to eternity!
