Many people have told Tommy that they are not going to attend the party on October 16 because they are going to attend the ECU-NC State game or they are going to attend the State Fair. They told Tommy that they would delete their name from the party list. So far, not one person has done this. Therefore, I have no idea as to how many people are going to attend this party. Please sign up again because I DEFINITELY need to know how much food to prepare for the party. I have the original list, but obviously, is not valid. Please confirm your attendance again by signing up.Your name must be on our list so that Tommy can give you a name tag.Looking forward to a wonderful party and the pleasure of meeting all of you. This thread is much needed for Jack and I to plan this party properly for ALL to enjoy themselves and have a great time. Jack and I have been having many daily communications to make sure that everything will be in place for this event.
I plan to arrive in Wilmington prior to the beginning of of the party/cookout with name tags to be filled out by all DH members who confirm they will be attending on this thread. YOU MUST HAVE ONE OF THESE NAME TAGS TO BE SERVED JACK'S WONDERFUL FOOD!

Still comming to the meet and eat.  Please let me know if I can help with anything. As some have already stated I have been to a meet before and only about one third who signed up actually showed, so once we get a final total I will pick something to bring. In the mean time if you need physical help please contact me.
I am really excited about the meet and really appriciate all that Funjack and Tommy have done to make this possible.
