I have a mobile home on private secluded property in the Palmer Butte area. The mobile is a wreak and needs a lot of work but it is dry. There is electricity there. There is also plumbing put the well pump is down so you would have to haul in water for now. The sewer line is fine so you can flush the toilet and wash dishes etc.
Laundry and showers would need to be done at our local laundry matt about 5 miles away.
The main heating source is a woodstove. There is a propane forced air furnace if you can afford to operate it.
I am not living there for the rest of the winter. I will probably move in one of the bedrooms next April. I plan to remove it and a lean to from my property this summer. I would like to build a yurt in its place. If you are an experienced handyman maybe we can work something out.
HERE IS THE DEAL:
You plow out the driveway. You provide the wood and/or propane for your heat. One month after you move in you will need to pay the electric which is in my name. In exchange for any rent I want someone to help me care for my Blue Healer mix male neutered 5 year old dog. He bit a friend's adult son and is now deemed as a dangerous animal.
My dog is well behaved and will be very obedient to you once he gets to know you. I will help with that.
Because of my dog's situation I have to keep him on my property where he has lived his entire life although I will not be living there. I will be staying with a friend 5 miles away. I will be taking my dog with me in my vehicle a lot. Mostly you would have him at night.
I am looking for a single male that can handle keeping the driveway plowed and keeping the wood stove going.

Come on guys. I didn't mean literally "homeless". What I mean is someone that is looking for a home as in a new place to live.
It's not that bad and a great deal. It is almost "free" You just pay your utilities.
And my dog got in a bad situation. He really is a well behaved animal.

I have met several on here.... lots of unemployed guys offer to come here and help me on my farm.
I'm supposed to offer them a place to eat, sleep,crap and hold a remote and all they ever have to bring to the table is Penis

Hmm....
I guess it becomes a supply and demand issue. Here in the city, we wouldn't allow someone that close to us. In your case, a barn is a good distance and better then being in the elements.
Kinda pioneerish....I guess.

I received several personal e-mails from men interested in helping me out with my situation.
However I decided to work on the property myself thru the rest of this winter while living off site. I did however hire a good handyman to help me do some improvements.
I want to thank most of you for your input.
