Never said I couldn't change a flat tire, just don't care to get into tire changing contests. Besides, that's why I have AAA and a cellphone
Wash, rise, repeat Gonesailing. What conditioner do you prefer?

That statement makes no sense. Women can, men cannot. If I'm having a platonic relationship with a man he must be having the same.
I have a long time friend, we met in 95, both are single. Always has been platonic, no interest on either side but we do consider one another the best of friends.
Hmmm hairwashing vs tire changing....depends on the need at the time.
I agree about which sex I prefer as a friend. I have female friends but are chosen with much care. A woman will stab you in the back in a heartbeat and be friends to your face. A man on the other hand if he has a problem with you tells you like it is and works it out, moves on with the friendship. I most generally prefer men as friends.

You won sd, you sound like a pro to me. LOL Garnet, you sound just like a woman, "my hair is a mess and I have a flat tire, which should I take care of first? I know, I'll call that guy that has tripple A, he'll know what to do."

Exactly what you said, "Wash, rinse, repeat, don't worry about it sd, I'll change her tire and check her oil, you just worry about the blow dry, no frizzies, I want her looking good when I take her out tonight. Remember, be platonic!

I have Triple A until 2011 - the Gold Card baby!
Bought it myself - cuz I'm horrible under the hood.
I'm good ON the hood but horrible under it...
I can fix my own car and care for my own hair...just saying it'd be awful damn fun to have Cent's help in the tub!!!!!

Well Gonesailing, since you have your own AAA and you want my help in the tub I guess "platonic" may not work out
I'm not saying that's a bad thing

I think that both women and men can do anything they set their minds to. If men want to have a non-physical platonic relationship with the opposite sex, they can.
It is just Mind over Matter...

look men are far more trustworthy friends than women.
Sure they have some simple though patterns (occasionally) but if they couldn't overcome those then those are not the ones I would choose for friends.
It's the same as women - only different sex.
I'm very cautious of choosing women as friends and I've yet to have a single one that didn't at some point become a whacked out b*tch from hell - who goes ballistic and destroys everyone in her path....
men are far more loyal to their friends and TREAT them better.
A woman(who) thinks only of her own needs first - then her friend's.
This is JMO.
