Hi Susie! I am new at this site too. I am from Virginia but grew up in Pennsylvania. Your job does sound hectic! Always wondered how the dispatchers remain calm when people are calling in screaming and crying! I have a pet sitting business so work with animals all the time which I love. Not really any questions, the job is easy, just lots of paperwork. I'm having to pull from my nursing school days the psych portions (which wasn't much). I'm really enjoying it except when I get put in the medication room. How long have you been in psych?
I work in the medication room most of the day. I have been working the psych field right out of LPN school, lovin it. So, its been about 5 years as an LPN. Currently working on my pre-reqs for my associates. A&P presently.
