so if you were thinking for yourself what qualities would you offer to someone that may get you from the end of the line to maybe taking the lead--
( think: people sell their homes everyday but the real question could you afford to buy it back and i mentioned this just because of it being so difficult to do so in this economy and has nothing to do with this thread--)
