I need to gain weight¦ but the best way to loose weight is tah, attack the secondary fat layer. & that takes @ least 30 minutes of high intensity work out! If it'sex MoFoSuff! Archlesneep! But it does not matter if it is cardeo' or just plain har sex,wk.,It isn't enough unless it is enough! Problem solved! Fat is not a four letter word! & neither is sex for th@ matter.

Not true because it keeps your heart pumping doesn't mean u are losing any weight.You can exercise with the man u are having sex with outside the bedroom

 You're doing it wrong. Or not enough.
Heck, simply WANKING five times burns the same as a 5k run... And that's without doing all those "pushups" (missionary, etc.), "crunches" (cowgirl), or full-body lifting the weights of two people on each rep (too advanced for ya)
...and then there's the cardio. A few hours in bed done right can burn off a couple pounds a day, and no that's not water weight. Btw, if you two (or more lol) don't consume at least a gallon of jug of water during playtime, you're not doin it full impact

During intense sex the average heart rate is 140bpm...which is about the range you need to burn fat and work the heart muscle. In theory you can loose weight having sex. Unfortunately men can ejaculate with in two mins of vaginal penetration. Oh another good note, sex is a stress reliever, hormones released through sweat is good for your skin, sperm has been proven to lower risk of cervical cancer. So, I hope this provides some serious answers for all!
Lil boys and old men might ejaculate in 2 mins.... That's just 120 seconds. A good round three should last closer to that number of MINUTES. Couple hours of sporty sex feel like a days physical labor. Bern times I'd got so dehydrated my hair dried out to sandy yellow. Now THAS a workout.
...well, unless you outweigh me noticeably. Or are boring. Sorry, luv, but muscle fatigue or boredom trump sexual endurance

I can honestly agree with you. I noticed that when you have a healthy sex life with your s/o, it has more benefits thrash just weight loss. Like you said, it makes your body more limber, helps with depression, out gives you energy (maybemaybe not rite after ), it puts that extra umph in ur step & when done rite & often it makes you happy!

I guess certifications don't provide common sense. Everyone doesn't have the same bodytype, OR have sex the same way.
THEREFORE, everyone doesn't burn 150 calories per hr. during sex.

I think it would really depend on the style of sex and posistions etc the length and all that to say its the best I'd say its not the best but could help esp if your changing it up a lot get all your muscles active during your intercourse but I'd for sure say its the most fun cardio sessions and if your doing a lot of lifting during in it even better
